Please kindly give 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time, your deposit will be held and applied to your rescheduled appointment within 30 days of your cancellation. If you reschedule in that time frame and cancel again less than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your appointment at anytime and decide not to reschedule, your deposit can be used towards any of our retail products. We do NOT refund any deposits,
